This week's special guest hosts are our Ferret Friends, GEESE!
Formed around 2015 from the carcasses of various bands from around their native Lancashire, guitarist Matt Gerrard, drummer Chris McKendrick and bassist Lewis Hill call Geese “an experiment in time-travelling genre-fluidity.” Their collective musical background covers everything from Math-rock to retro Hip-Hop, via New Orleans Jazz and big-band RnB, and they’re dipping toes in every aesthetic they can find along the way, trying to distill the ever- elusive “familiar yet new” sounds hiding in-between them.

Our WEEKLY Open Mic & local live music event, featuring local musicians, visiting bands & guest hosts every week. We'll be opening up The Ferret stage for an Open Mic, and inviting local bands & musicians to showcase new material. Each Tuesday will feature an exciting mix of new & experienced players, showing us what they've got.
We have plenty of Open Mic slots from 7pm. Arrive early to bag your spot. Take to The Ferret stage with whatever you want to perform - your own songs, other people's songs, improvisation, whatever you need to get out! Backline provided - drummers please bring breakables - please get in touch if you have specific requirements.
Slots are first-come first-served.
Free entry. It all kicks off at 7pm. EVERY TUESDAY.
